Louis Folse Sr., 88, a native of Vacherie, La., and a resident of Thibodaux, La., died Monday, April 27.
He is survived by his sons, Louis Folse Jr. and Randal James Folse; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Seraphine Matherne Folse; son, Bradley Folse; daughters, Viola Tregre, Eunice Stein, Venis Tregre and Clonine Dempster; and brothers, Clarence, Ferdie, Early, Harris, Elphege, O’neil and Olido Folse.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 29, at Our Lady of Peace in Vacherie with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
