Lafourche Council agrees to counter U.S. Flood Control’s bill

Lucille P. Arcement, 86, a resident of Raceland, LA. and a native of Larose, LA., died Tuesday, February 13, 2007.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 8 to 11 a.m. funeral time Saturday at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Linda P. Arcement; her brother, Henry Punch; her sisters, Irene Savoie and Theresa Fournier; and her grandchild, Molly Arcement.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Arcement; her son, Myron Arcement; her brothers, Lucien Punch Jr. and Edward Punch; and her sister, Mabel Punch.
She was a parishoner of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
