Madge Marie Welch Doss, 86, a native of Nacogdoches, Tx., and a resident of Houma, La., died Monday, March 9, at 1 p.m.
She is survived by her sons; Arles J. Doss Jr. and wife Sandra R. Doss, and Gary O. Doss Sr.; and grandchildren, Kevin W. Doss and wife Susan, Cynthia A. Campo and husband Joe, Arles J. Doss III and wife Tina, Kristi E. Doss, Gary O. Doss Jr. and wife Marcie, and Taggard E. Doss and wife Heather.
She was preceded in death by her husband Arles Jackson Doss Sr.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Krewe of Hyacinthians for many years. Her hobbies were sewing, needle point and painting.
Burial was at Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
