Mae Deroche Falgout

Mae Deroche Falgout, 82, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of the St. Charles community, died Friday, Dec. 11 at 3:28 a.m.

She is survived by daughters, Patricia (George) Robichaux, Juanita Thibodaux, Rosita Ledet and Doe Danos; sister, Cecile Robichaux; 21 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Louis Guidroz, Sr. and second husband Morris Falgout; parents, Pierre and Ida Bergeron Deroche; sons, Louis, Jr., James, Rickey and Kent Guidroz; son-in-law, Marvin “Ducky” Thibodaux; brothers, Norris and Pete Deroche and Horace and Morris Foret; sister, Valley Ledet; one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. Falgout was a parishioner of St. Mary Catholic Church.

She is buried at the church cemetery.
