Margaret Leonard Hebert, 92, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Friday, February 13.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Hebert Sr. and wife Candy of Houma; brother, Ivy Leonard of Houma; sisters, Rita Bonvillain of Houma and Gladys Prejeant of Harvey, La.; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Iley Hebert; parents, Eddie and Agnes Blanchard Leonard; brothers, Irvin, Hebert, Roy, Clinton, Clarence, Harry, James, Eddy, Joseph and William “Willie” Leonard; and sisters, Agnes Gautreaux, Hattie Martin and Ruby Mary Leonard.
She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church and a homemaker.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, at Chauvin Funeral Home with a prayer service to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
