Marguerite Hebert Diaz, 94, a native of White Castle, La., and a resident of Napoleonville, La., entered into eternal peace and glory Saturday, February 7.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas Diaz and wife Gail, and Sidney Diaz and wife Cynthia; daughters, Adrienne Gooden and husband Allen, Camille Rolland, Carolyn LeBlanc and husband Alvin, and Marguerite Aucoin and husband Carol; sister, Mary Ann Hebert; 16 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Camille L. Diaz; parents, Sidney and Emily Boudreaux Hebert; brother, Claude Hebert; and sisters, Martha Diaz and Mabel Fischer.
She was a dear and loving person and was an inspiration to everyone who knew her.
Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 10, at St. Anne Catholic Church in Napoleonville with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
