Marie Peltier Clement, 91, a native of Chackbay, La., and a resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, March 11.
She is survived by her son, Horace Hebert; daughters, Lois Hebert Petrolie and Linda Cancienne; sister, Iva Hebert; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alces Hebert; her parents, Pierre Peltier and Julia Chiasson Peltier; grandson, Donald Jude Petrolia; brothers, Walter, Oleus and Wallace Peltier; and sister, Cleste Peltier.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, at Landry’s Funeral Home and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, March 13, at St. Genevieve Catholic Church with mass to follow. She will be buried at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
