LDWF seeks to level the playing field
May 23, 2012Mark G. Plaisance, 54, a native and resident of Galliano, La., died at 2:40 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012.
Mr. Plaisance was a crew boat captain for 30 years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and loved spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his companion, Kim Callais; father, Gillis Plaisance; brother, James Plaisance; sisters, Rebecca, Yvette and Ann Plaisance; and grandchild, Brance Duhon.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ione Plaisance; and sister, Robin Terrebonne.
Burial was at Cheramie Cemetery. (Falgout)
