Mary Helen Allemand Adams, 70, a native of Lockport, La., and a resident of Mathews, La., died Saturday, September 6.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Adams; sons, Lane Adams and wife Elaine, and Troy Adams; brother, Jimmie Allemand; sister, Elsie Charpentier; and grandchildren, Joshua, Nicholas and Gabriele Adams.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmond and Emily Parr Allemand.

She was a parishioner of St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews and a member of the St. Hilary Ladies Altar Society.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 9, at St. Hilary Catholic Church with mass to follow. She will be buried at Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport.

Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
