August 1, 2012McNair “Mack” John Orgeron, 95, a native of Valentine, La., and resident of Larose, La., died at 1:05 a.m. Monday, July 23, 2012.
Mr. Orgeron was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of VFW Gros-Guidry Post. He enjoyed working in his yard, fishing, football, reading and spending time with family. He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
He is survived by his son, Aubrey (Sue) Orgeron; daughter, Geraldine (Ronald) Chiasson; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
