Michael Joseph Giambrone, 80, a native of Donaldsonville, La., and resident of Napoleonville, La., died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011.
Mr. Giambrone served in the Louisiana National Guard. He was a 1958 graduate of Loyola University School of Pharmacy and was the owner of the Imperial Drug Store in Napoleonville.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, May Giambrone; daughter, Anne (Don) Daray; sons, Michael Jr., David, Peter (Chandra), John (Jennifer), and Glen (Bonita) Giambrone; brother, Larry Giambrone; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Giambrone; and parents, Peter and Mary Giambrone.
Burial was at St. Anne Catholic Church Cemetery in Napoleonville. (Landry’s)
