February 8, 2010Michael Paul Luke, 34, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Theriot, La., died on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010.
A member of the Dularge Baptist Mission, Mr. Luke was a commercial fisherman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Cyne Lacoste Luke of Theriot; parents, Paul and Loretta Dehart Luke; son, Seth Luke; daughter, Madison Luke; siblings, Christopher (Nydia), Ann (Joey) Billiot and Lee Luke; grandmother, Regina Dehart; in-laws, Ray and Mazel Lacoste; brothers-in-law, Don, Dannon (Rewa) and Craig (Alicia) Lacoste; nieces and nephews, Kristen Luke, Blaine Luke, Jayden Billiot, Zoey Billiot, Kagen Marcel, Kalli Billiot, Layla Luke, Chrisalyn Luke, Misty Marcel, Lindsey Schexnayder, Lexi Lacoste, Ciara Lacoste, Abbie Lacoste, Lauren Lacoste, Kelli Lirette and Matthew Kohman; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Willie Dehart Sr., and Claude and Lucille Luke.
Mr. Luke is buried at St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery.
