Michael Ray Leviness, 17 months, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died at 11:42 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2012.
He is survived by his mother, Crystal Leviness; stepfather, Jace Hebert; brothers, Tadan and Troy Naquin; and grandparents, Michael Wells, Carolyn Gilbert and John and Ella Leviness.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Wells; and grandfather, Harris Lee.
Burial was at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
