September 13, 2011Mildred B. “Mickey” Green, 90, a native of Berwick, La., and resident of Mandeville, La., died Friday, Sept. 9, 2011.
Ms. Green was known as an excellent seamstress who loved to read. She was a very strong person, the rock of the family, and a motherly figure to many. She always put family first and enjoyed spending time with family more than anything.
She is survived by her daughters, Claire (Larry) Sampey and Donna (Mike) Cloyd; sister, Elaine Galjour; brother, Louis Boudreaux; seven grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ashley and Pearl Boudreaux; daughter, Carol Thibodeaux; and brothers, Bob, Stanley, Armand and Charles Boudreaux.
Interment was at Berwick Cemetery Mausoleum. (Twin City)
