Milton “Mitty” Louis Boudreaux Jr., a native and resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, April 18.

He is survived by his wife, Yvette Guidry Boudreaux; daughter, Rhonda L. Boudreaux LeBeouf and husband Bryan J. LeBeouf; son, Milton L. Boudreaux III and companion Tammy Grabert of Houma; sister, Rhea “Peaches” Barker of Lockport, La.; grandchild, Kandice B. Francis and husband Ray Francis Jr.; step-grandchildren, Niki and Brad LeBeouf; and step-great-grandchild, Carrie LeDoux.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton L. Boudreaux Sr. and Rhea Doiron Boudreaux; a stillborn brother; and grandparents, Benjamin and Agatha Boudreaux, and Clay and Francis Doiron.


He was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church and a longtime businessman in the oilfield. He enjoyed fishing and motor homing. He served in the U.S. Army.

The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Russell Henry, the staff of Terrebonne General Medical Center, LTAC, Terrebonne Homecare and Bayou Region Hospice.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Bayou Region Hospice 195 Corporate Dr., Houma, La. 70360 or to Vandebilt Catholic High School.

Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday, April 20, at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church with Mass to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
