Mona Faye Dusenberry Sevin, 73, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Friday, Sept. 25.
She is survived by her husband, Cyrus Sevin Sr.; one son, Cyrus Sevin Jr.; two daughters, Tenna Olden and husband Doug, and Annie Godwin and husband Robert; two sisters, Carol Ann Covington and Paula Smith; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Dusenberry Sr. and Nobby Thibodeaux Dupuy; one daughter, Jan Rae Sevin; and three brothers, Clarence Dusenberry Jr., Tommy Dusenberry and Kenneth Dupuy.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Samart Funeral Home in Houma with a religious service to follow Tuesday. Burial will be at Rogers Cemetery.
Samart Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
