November 16, 2009Ms. Odette White Balasco, 89, a native of Mobile, Ala., and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 at 7:50 a.m.
She is survived by her son, William L. Balasco III; daughter, Ashley (Alfred) Archer; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Balasco Jr.; and parents, Abe White and Lillian Hill.
She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church in Maysville, Ala., and a member of the Ladies of St. Peter Claver.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at St. Joseph Church in Maysville, Ala., with mass to follow. Burial will be at Mobile Catholic Cemetery in Mobile, Ala.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of the arrangements.
