Myrn Henley Marmande, 91, a native of Roy, Wash., and resident of Terrebonne Parish, La., died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011.

Mrs. Marmande was a veteran of World War II and a past member of the Terrebonne Parish Arts Guild. As an artist, she enjoyed painting and working with stained glass. She was a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.


She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Robert Marmande Sr.; son, Robert Jr. (Gail) Marmande; daughters, Janice (Larry) Albright, Carolyn Marmande, Myrn (Jerry) Theriot and Joan (Mike) Blouin; and her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Burial was at St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery in Theriot, La. (Chauvin)
