Philip Joseph LeBlanc Sr., 88, a resident and native of Donaldsonville, LA., died at 5:10 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2007.

A memorial mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Jules Catholic Church in Belle Rose, LA. Burial will be in the church cemetery.


He is survived by his sons, Philip and wife, Phyllie LeBlanc of Gonzalales, LA.; his daughters, Evelyn Navarre and husband, Earl of Thibodaux, LA., Jackie Landry and husband, Clyde; his sisters, Elise Bello and Denise Pourcian; 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Landry LeBlanc; his parents, Felix and Lydia Landry LeBlanc; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild, and his sisters, Annie Boudreaux, Cecile Lorio and May LeBlanc.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of your choice.

Thibodaux Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
