Rebecca “Becky” Smith Edwards, 63, a native and resident of Lockport, La., died at 7:18 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2011.
Ms. Edwards was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lockport.
She is survived by her parents, Jack and Betty Smith; son, Rusty Edwards; daughter, Terrie (Mike) Pierce; brothers, Ted (Kitty) and Cliff (Vickie) Smith; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, July 29, at First Baptist Church with a religious service to follow. Burial will be at Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport. (Falgout)
