LABI official: Tough times could be coming for La.
February 22, 2010Reiner Gerd Ritter, 68, a native of Germany and resident of Schriever, La., died at 2 a.m. Monday, Feb. 15, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Deanna Dufrene; son, Thomas Ritter; brothers, Horst, Dieter and Role Ritter; and sisters, Karla Chiasson, Elke and Hiederose.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Heinrich Ritter and Anni Lange; brother, Roland Ritter; and sisters, Edeltraut and Andrea.
Visitation will be from 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at Thibodaux Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
He will be buried at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
