Robert “Eugene” Riley, 53, a native of Kermit, Texas, and a resident of Stephensville, La., died Thursday, July 22, 2010.


Mr. Riley was a member of Healing Stream Ministries. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren and family and cherished every moment spent with them. His family was always a big fan of his famous spaghetti that he cooked; he enjoyed crawfishing, going to the camp, listening to country music, drinking coffee with his father-in-law every day, and would do anything he could for anyone whether he knew them or not.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Loffin Riley; daughters, Kelly and Kristy Riley; brothers, Dewey (Laura) and Fred (Rosalie) Riley; sister Donna (Marvin) Catrett; four grandchildren, Thomas Jr. and Jocelynn Giroir and Aedynn and Faith Chellette; father-in-law, Franklin Pearce Sr.; and brothers-in-law, Franklin Jr. (Betty), Eugene (Julie), Todd (Veronica) and Casey Pearce; and numerous family and friends.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey & Nora Riley; and mother-in-law, Sandra Pearce.

He is buried at Morgan City Cemetery.
