Rodney Rodriguez Sr., 61, a native and resident of Larose, La., went to be with his God and Savior at 1:05 p.m. Sunday, November 2.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Savoie Rodriguez; his mother, Esther Plaisance Rodriguez; one son, Rodney Rodriguez Jr. and companion Kelly Rousse; two brothers, Alex and Dean Rodriguez; one sister, Sharon R. Adams; and five grandchildren, Whitney Rodriguez, Harley Rodriguez, Kacey Rousse, Jai Bruce and Jordy Rousse.
He was preceded in death by his father, Emmet Joseph Rodriguez; and one brother, Barry Rodriguez.
He was owner of RAI, founded in 1980, and a member of South Lafourche Baptist Church.
He was buried at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Larose.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
