Rosalie Pierce Dufrene, 80, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Tuesday, June 10, at 10:45 p.m.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Paul R. Dufrene Jr. of Cut Off; son, Paul R. Dufrene III and wife Becky of Cut Off; daughter, Paula Ann Chastant and husband Tommy of Pensacola, Fl.; grandchildren, Julie Chastant of New Orleans, La., Paul R. Dufrene IV and wife Amber, Dustin Dufrene and Jacob Dufrene all of Cut Off; and great-grandchildren, Jackson Dufrene of Lafayette, La. and Addilyn Dufrene of Cut Off.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harris and Martha Lee Dufrene; and son, Anthony Dufrene.
She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, June 12, at Sacred Hearth Catholic Church with mass to follow. She will be buried at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cut Off.
Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of the arrangements.
