Lenten Gumbo served for 20 years, still going strong
March 19, 2010Roy James Breaux, 67, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 12:30 a.m. Friday, March 12, 2010.
Mr. Breaux was an Acme truck driver and a welder.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Pellegrin Breaux; daughter, Nichole (Kurt) Lacher; sons, Randy Jr. (Katrina) and Dennis Naquin; brother, Kenneth (Billie) Breaux; sisters, Jeannie (Russell) Thibodeaux, Barbara Breaux and Charlene (Van) Domangue; and five grandchildren, John Breaux, Christian Lacher, Joshua, Nathan and Hayli Naquin; and a host of relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilton Steven and Viola Scott Breaux; grandparents, Sidney and Marie Trosclair Scott, and Arthur and Grace Belanger Breaux.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
