Sedonia Dorothy Lee Washington James, 68, a native and resident of Napoleonville, La., died Friday, June 12, at 6:20 p.m.
She is survived by her daughters, Denise M. Johnson of Baton Rouge, La., and Patrina A. and husband Donald Jupiter of Plattenville, La.; sons, Frank J. and wife Trina Washington of Gonzales, La., Tommy L. Washington of Baton Rouge, Bradley O. and wife Nedra Washington of Gonzales, and Dean P. and wife Lisa Washington of Napoleonville; brother, Ernest Blanchard of Raceland, La.; sister, Barbara H. Williams of New Orleans, La.; 20 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lula Belle and David Lee; husband, Louis James; and sister, Gertrude Stewart.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, June 19, at Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 20, at Beautiful Zion Baptist Church in Napoleonville. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with burial at the church cemetery.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville is in charge of the arrangements.
