Thaddeus Anthony Babin Jr., 71, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Bayou Blue, La., died at 12:21 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2011.
Mr. Babin loved to work in his garden and also loved his Cajun music. He worked at Dibert, Bancroft, and Ross.
He is survived by his sons, Thaddeus III (Laurie), Michael (Beverly) and Christopher Babin; daughter, Nicole (Felix) Solis; Brother, William (Karen) Babin; sister, Gloria (James) Pruett; grandchildren, Rebecca, Veronica, Lucas and Alyssa Babin and Victoria and Lindsey Solis; and great-grandchildren, Lauren Matherne and Jace Krall.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thaddeus and Clara Babin Sr.
Burial was at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #1. (Chauvin)
