September 13, 2011Thomas Daniel Elliott Sr., 60, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, died Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011.
Mr. Elliot enjoyed many things in life. He was an outstanding baseball pitcher and excelled at playing the guitar. He was a master at billiards.
He is survived by his sons, Thomas Jr. (Starleng), Edward (Sheila) and Richard (Elizabeth) Elliott; brothers, Frank (Laurie), John (Virginia), David (Deloris) Garry (Bernice) Elliott; sisters; Joyce Romero, Shirley (Clay) Canty, Eula (Bernie) Percle, Mary Lajaunie, Betty Elliott and Penny (Larry) Blanchard; five grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Leola Elliott; and brothers, Henry and Charles Elliott.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery. (Twin City)
