LABI official: Tough times could be coming for La.
February 22, 2010Walter Vincent Tabor, 88, a native of Taft, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010.
He is survived by his daughters, Judy Guidry and Patricia Baker; half-brothers, Sam and Norris Tabor; sister, Eola Pitre; half-sister, Dorothy “Dot” Trosclair; grandchildren, Gidget Bourg, Steve Guidry, Ryan and Kayla Baker; and great-grandchildren, Blake Bourg, Taylor and Matthew Guidry.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Corinne Thibodaux Tabor; parents, Alidor and Lucille Toups Tabor; two brothers, Johnny and Norman Tabor; half-brothers, Harry and Morris Tabor; and sister, Rita Mae Tabor.
Mr. Tabor is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
