Walter Thibodeaux

Walter Thomas Thibodeaux, 77, a native of Napoleonville and resident of Labadieville, died at 11:06 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine Thibodeaux; sons, Keith (Sabrina) and Brian (Meakle) Thibodeaux; daughters, Lora (Daniel) Giroir, Julie (Claude) Caskey and Sandra Loupe; stepchildren, MaryAnne (Scott) Rushing, Buddy (Gayle) Vancourt, Greg (Kelly) and Chad Landry; sister, Rita (Donald) Falgoust; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie “T-Coon” and Mathilde Naquin Thibodeaux; brother, Claude Thibodeaux; and sister-in-law, Betty Thibodeaux.

Mr. Thibodeaux is buried at St. Philomena Catholic Church Cemetery in Labadieville.
