Walterine Agnes Hebert Fonseca, 90, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 9:27 p.m.
She is survived by her four daughters, Gloria Fonseca Morris, Patricia Fonseca Trahan, Gayle Fonseca Granger and Beatrice Fonseca Boudreaux; sister, Ruby Hebert Lecompte; 11 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Fonseca; parents, Amadeo Hebert and Marcelline Marcel Hebert; daughter, Lorena Fonseca Trahan; two brothers, Percey and Howard Hebert; and four grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and a parishioner at Maria Immacolata Church.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, January 2, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, January 3 at Chauvin Funeral Home’s Chapel. Liturgy service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday with burial at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
