November 16, 2012Wayne J. Belanger, 59, a native and resident of Chauvin, La., died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012.
Mr. Belanger was a crew boat captain, welder and a commercial fisherman. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church in Chauvin and a very loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Connie Belanger; daughter, Mancy (Edward) Dean; sons, Andre (Michelle) and Dwayne Belanger; brothers, Linwood and Royce (Gardeline) Belanger; and four grandchildren. (Samart)
