Wilson Paul Couch M.D., 80, a native of Louisville, Ky., and a resident of Luling, La., died Thursday, June 11.
He is survived by his sons, David Couch and wife Heidi, Stephen Couch and wife Rita, and Wilson Couch Jr. and wife Nina; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Merle Kepler Couch; parents, Joseph and Flora Thom Couch; daughter, Paula Rene Couch; and brothers, Wallace and Jack Couch.
He was a physician in Paradis, La., for 43 years and a past coroner for many years. He was a member of Golden Meadow Big Game and Fishing Club.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, June 12, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, June 13, at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, La. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with burial at St. Charles Cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
