Betty Blanchard Cavalier, 78, died Sunday, November 5, 2023. Born November 3, 1945 she was a native of Napoleonville, Louisiana and resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 9:00 AM until service time at Ordoyne Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with burial following at Assumption Catholic Church Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Claude “C.J.” Cavalier, Jr; children, Mickey Sanchez, Lori Gauthreaux (Steve), Sherri Brown (Melvin); grandchildren, Codi Gauthreaux, Brandon Gauthreaux, Jarrod Sanchez, Janea Harris; siblings, Karen Blanchard Ordoyne (Clifton), Diane Thibodaux (Michael); numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Adiole and Mandy Blanchard; daughter, Dana Sanchez Beasley; brother, Rodney Blanchard (Sybil); niece, Kayla Ordoyne; nephew, Jeffrey Cavalier; father and mother in law, Claude and Joyce Cavalier.
