Brady P. Authement, 48, a native of Chauvin, Louisiana and resident of Gray, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023.
A memorial visitation will be held in his honor on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Samart Funeral Home, 635 Bayou Blue Rd., Houma, LA from 9:00 AM until the memorial service at 11:00 AM.
He is survived by his mother, Betty Authement; brothers, Cody Authement (Brandi) and Jean Authement, Jr.; step-sisters, Rhonda Hogan Boudreaux (Elray), and Michelle Hogan Tate; step-brother, Michael Hogan (Heather); nieces and nephews, Dylan Burch, Brody Authement, Leland Authement, Ahri Authement, Taylor Boudreaux, and Joshua Boudreaux; step-nieces and step-nephews, Derek Cantrelle (Chelsi), Dustin Cantrelle, Christopher Tate (fiance, Carley), Taylor Maise (Conner), and Jourdyn Hogan (fiance, Lee); step-great-niece, Sloane Cantrelle; step-great-nephew, Hank Cantrelle; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jean Authement Sr.; step-father, Kenneth J. Hogan; and sister, Joy Marie Authement.
Brady enjoyed playing video games, fishing, and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He was a good soul and would give the shirt off his back to anyone. He will be greatly missed.
