Rose Theriot Pinto, a native and resident of Houma, was born April 22, 1955 and died November 14, 2023. She died at home in Houma and will be laid to rest during a private burial at the family resting place at the Holy Rosary Cemetery Mausoleum in Houma.
Rose is survived by her son, Eris Dupre of Houma and several nieces and nephews in Georgia and Indiana.
Rose was preceded in death by her father and mother, Eris and Helga Theriot of Houma; her son, Gerode Valure II of Houma; and her sister, Dagmar Theriot Faulk of Eastman, GA.
Rose was born in Houma Louisiana living most of her life around Houma with stays in Tennessee and Florida. Rose had a deep love for her family and will always be remembered for her vibrant and free spirit.
