Toni Ann Hebert, 55, a resident of Chauvin, passed away surrounded by her family on November 19, 2023.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2023 from 9am to 11am, with the Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11am, at St. Ann Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Elie Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Clyde Hebert; son, Jaret Hebert and wife Cassey; daughter, Haley Verrett and husband John Paul; grandchildren, Sky, Addilyn, Londyn, Everli, and MJ; and numerous nieces, nephews, sisters in law, and extended family at Last Island Hardware.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adeline Naquin and Anthony St. Germain Jr.; brothers, Hank Deogracias, Ricky Deogracias Sr.; brother in law, Ronnie Pellegrin Sr.; sister, Clara Jackson; nephew, Ricky Deogracias Jr.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue is in charge of arrangements.
