Taxable oil spill income could be another mess

February 3, 2011March 12 – The MAX Charter School’s 3rd Annual “Race for Their Future” 5K Run/Walk will be held at Nicholls State’s John L. Guidry Stadium. The run will begin at 9:30 a.m., and the early registration deadline is Feb. 21. Early registrants will be charged $20, while everyone else will be asked to pay $25. March 21 – Benefit golf tournament for the rebuilding of St. Matthew’s Church and School at Ellendale Country Club. The event has both morning and afternoon flights, and the four-player scramble costs $500 per team. A silent auction will also be associated with the tournament.
