Height:

5-feet, 11-and-a-half inches

Weight:

170 pounds

Favorite football memory:

Everything about my senior year has to be the best because I got along so well with my teammates and everything was good. My coaches taught me to be a better man and to be a great father one day. I will miss them so much.

Best advice ever given by a coach?

“To always stay humble and keep working the weight room, because hard work always pays off.” And for me, it did. I was much bigger and stronger this year than in any other year of my career.

Favorite song:

‘We Dem Boys’ by Wiz Khalifa

Favorite food:

Jambalaya

Favorite athlete: Odell Beckham Jr.

Why?

I love the way that he plays. He’s so smooth and so fluid on the field. He was awesome at LSU, and he’s had a great run so far in his early days with the New York Giants. I think he’s going to have a great career.

Your favorite opponent:

I’d have to say Destrehan, because the athletes they have always make me want to compete at a high level. They bring out the best in me and make me perform at a high level.

Most memorable play:

It was against Ellender – a kick-off return. It was tipped up in the air by my teammate Cam Clement, and it landed right in my hands. From there, I took it to the house. That was a memorable play for me because Terrebonne hadn’t had a kickoff return for a touchdown in seven years, so to be able to be the person to break that streak is something that is very, very special to me. I’ll always remember that.
