The last football season was special. We didn’t get to win many games, which was unfortunate, but just the experience of being on the varsity level and being able to make plays was great.

2015 statistics

Mott recorded 93 tackles in his sophomore season, including 53 solo stops. He also had an interception, caused two fumbles and recovered a fumble.

What does his coach/dad says?

“He’s a future star. J’amire Mott is a heck of a football player on our team.”

-Terry Washington

Credentials:

The Ellender Memorial High School football team was young in 2015. Linebacker J’amire Mott was one of the best of the bunch. Mott recorded 93 stops in the season, establishing himself as one of the area’s top linebackers. Weighing 205 pounds and possessing the ability to run across the field with ease, many project that Mott will get college looks by his senior season.
