The school stresses that the LHSAA’s physical form will be the ONLY one that will be accepted during physical day.

Each athletes’ medical history must be completed on the form and signed by the parent or a child WILL NOT be able to take his/her physical.

Physical forms can be picked up at South Lafourche High School from Monday-Friday during normal school hours.

In addition to the physical date, the school will also hold a parent/athlete meeting on July 20, 2017 at 6 p.m. in the school cafeteria for incoming freshmen who plan to play football.

The school says that the athlete and at least one parent must attend the meeting.
