Congratulations to the Vandebilt Catholic High School Cheer Team, who recently traveled to Birmingham, Alabama to compete in the UCA Magic City Regional Competition, earning 1st place in both the Medium Varsity Division II and the Varsity Game Day Division II! With their 1st place win, the Terriers secured their qualification for Nationals.

“The girls are so excited about this win,” said head coach Kayla Vicknair. “They had a long week cheering for both the volleyball and the football teams, but they knew how important this competition was– they had been working and practicing all year. They knew it was time to take it seriously and did a great job. As a coach, there is nothing better than seeing their hard work pay off. They worked so hard all year to get the job done, and I am always impressed by their commitment and work ethic.”

Congratulations to the Vandebilt Catholic High School Cheer Team for their first place wins!
