Billy was born on February 25, 1937 and passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019.
Ha is survived by his daughters – Shannon Verdin, Dawn Lirette, Nita Hilburn; son – Rill Cloyd; numerous grandchildren; numerous great-grandhildren; sister – Dorothy Vice.
