Chad A. Chamberlain, 47, a native and resident of Houma, La., died on Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
Mr. Chamberain is survived by his sisters, Gina (John) Thibodaux and Rhonda (Tim) Hollier; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held.
