Charlene Hebert, 62, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Kentwood, La., died on Sunday, March 26, 2016.
She is survived by her mother, Gertrude R. Hebert; brother, Keith Hebert; sisters, Phyllis Hebert and Elizabeth Cox; foster-brother, Bobby Creel; foster-sister, Tammy Creel; nephews she raised as her own, Christopher Hebert, Adam Bates.
