Suspect arrested after slamming door on woman’s hand. Why? She woke him from his nap

Earlynn Joyce Olden, 83, a native of Plaquemine, La., and resident of Houma, La., died on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.
Mrs. Olden was known for the beautiful flowers in her garden and was a former member of the Orchid Society. She was also an avid fisherwoman and wonderful cook.
She is survived by her sons, Douglas, Dennis Sr. (Debra) and Kenneth (Debbie) Olden Jr.; daughter, Tammy (Rocky) Temple; brother, Ron Beadle; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Burial is at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray.
