Lawman’s prayer goes answered

Edelia Price Boudreaux, 94, a native of Little Caillou, La., and resident of Houma, La., died on Friday, February 3, 2017.
Mrs. Boudreaux was a member of the Krewe of Flames Carnival Club and competed in the senior citizens Olympics, winning many medals. She loved to cook, have family gatherings, read, sew and make ceramics. She was a prayer warrior and member of the Ladies Altar Society.
She is survived by her sons, Wayne (Debbie) and Walton (Genevieve) Boudreaux; daughters, June Foret and Vickie (Kirk) Boudreaux; 16 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery in Houma.
