Etna Mae Cancienne, 90, a native of Baton Rouge, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 8:35 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2016.


Mrs. Cancienne was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband of 90 years, Harold Cancienne Sr.; son, Harold (Laura) Cancienne Jr.; daughters, Paula (Jerry) Hebert, Camille (Paul) Boudreaux, Sally (Vincent) Dagate and Ellen (Craig) Foundas; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2 in Houma.
