Eula Mae Chevis Matthews, 85, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Friday, Sept. 4, 2015.
Mrs. Matthews is survived by daughters, Rebecca and Eula Matthews; sons, Robert, Ulysses, Hurley, Ronald, Lionel and Gary atthews; daughters-in-law, Brenda, Mary and Sharon Matthews; 58 grandchildren; 170 great-grandchildren; and 105 great-great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Allen Chapel AME Church Cemetery. (Williams & Southall Funeral Home)
