George “Neg” Joseph Pellegrin Jr., 79, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died on Saturday, January 28, 2017.
Mr. Pellegrin retired from the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office and also worked at Valero for many years. He was a commander for the Coastal Rescue Unit for many years.
He is survived by his daughter, Paula (Keith) Price; sons, Theron (Mikelyn) and Alan (Sally) Pellegrin; brothers, Johnny (Lavonne) and Perry (Penny) Pellegrin; sisters, Mary White and Sheryl (Michael) Gautier; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Rogers Cemetery in Houma.
